Chromalloy incorporates years of advanced coating and repair technology into the design, casting and manufacturing of our aeroderivative replacement parts. We utilize single crystal technology. And we use leading-edge manufacturing tools and processes to produce even the most sophisticated gas turbine engine components with utmost precision. This generates high-quality components that not only cost less, but also perform equal to—and often better than—the OEM parts they replace.

Casting
Chromalloy's casting capabilities are unsurpassed and include single crystal technology. We currently operate several state-of-the-art centers for investment casting. These centers allow Chromalloy to provide aeroderivative engine owners and operators with a single source for reliable replacement parts—from design, development, production and casting, to machining and coating. By managing the entire supply chain and delivering complete, engine-ready components, we reduce costs and save time for our customers.

Proven Performance
Chromalloy manufactures new replacement parts for a wide range of aeroderivative engines, including HPT stage 1 and stage 2 blades, vanes and shrouds. These components are proven to meet or exceed the performance and durability of OEM parts.

Spare Parts
Chromalloy maintains a substantial computerized inventory of spare parts for aeroderivative gas turbine engines. We continuously monitor our inventory to maintain the right mix of parts to meet both the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance needs of our customers worldwide.
